1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content offered by pd7777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") through the website pd7777.biz and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. 4. Deposits & Payments

pd7777 accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online, BPI Mobile, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via authorized payment terminals), and Cebuana Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

All funds deposited into your pd7777 account are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the depositing player. pd7777 does not charge deposit fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pd7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game software.

pd7777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Account Termination

pd7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, regulatory requirement, or at pd7777's sole discretion for any business or operational reason. Upon account termination for cause, pd7777 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.

You may request closure of your pd7777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding obligations.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of pd7777 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.

To submit a formal dispute, players should contact pd7777 customer support in writing. pd7777 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve them within thirty (30) days of acknowledgment.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pd7777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of pd7777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
